Founded in 2024, we have over 90 physicians and 500 employees on staff operating across 19 North Texas locations. As the largest independent primary care organization in Texas, we put our patients at the center of our practice, delivering connected care to support you in every step of your health journey.
We are physician-owned and physician-led, meaning our leadership team focuses on clinical decision making first, to improve patient outcomes, decrease hospital visits, and deliver whole patient care at all stages of life.
