UNTHSC Pediatric Patient Safety Resource

Calling all Pediatric Practices!

With the support of UNTHSC and SaferCare Texas, Catalyst is on the journey to becoming the first Ambulatory Patient Safety Organization in the country — but we can’t do it without your participation.

This Monday, September 27th, we are launching a Medical Office Patient Safety Survey to all Catalyst-affiliated pediatric practices. For the most meaningful data outcomes, we are asking all clinicians and office staff to complete the survey.

Soon after, your practice can expect a detailed individual report showing the top opportunities for improving patient safety in your office along with educational opportunities to support the findings.

This is an important first step in our journey and we are excited to see what improvements and the impact we can make together! All other non-pediatric practices can expect to be able to participate in this experience beginning in early 2022.
