Catalyst Health Network has signed a contract to support Whole Foods members effective 1/1/22.
The streamlined service and quality of care that Catalyst Health Network members provide allowed us a direct contract, benefitting employers, employees and network members alike. We are excited to welcome them into our community and our future of helping their employer members’ thrive!
You will be receiving this contract via networkservices@catalysthealthnetwork.com in September once we work with EHN on the opt-in process. In the interim, if you have any questions please email the contract team at the above email or contact your PA.
