Behavioral and Home Health Care Services Expansion
To better serve our patients, Catalyst has started working with Elara Caring and Medical City-Green Oaks to expand our behavioral health services.
Both Elara and Medial City offer a number of great resources and programs for patients with behavioral health needs, as well as home health care options. We are working on expanding our behavioral health process, by providing educational seminars and training, priority scheduling and extensive collaborative follow-up. These partnerships will help to better serve our behavioral health population, increasing behavioral health compliance and follow up.
