Catalyst Health Rx, Catalyst Health Network’s full-service pharmacy, works in tandem with Catalyst care teams to redefine the pharmacy experience for patients and physicians alike.
To ensure that we continue delivering the highest quality service possible, Catalyst Health Rx is moving on August 1, 2021.
The new location will continue to offer patients the same care with their same personal pharmacist, and all prescriptions will automatically transfer there — no action is required by patients, physicians or pharmacists.
