E-Script Referral Process
As part of our network goal to Embrace Technology, we’re reminding you of our new E-script referral process. In piloting this new workflow, patient engagement with our support programs is estimated to have increased from 20 to 70 percent when compared to historical workflows.
The new process is perfect for patients who are being prescribed medications at the time of the referral. Physicians can still use the LeadingReach referral pathway for CCS or Pharmacy referrals not requiring medications to be filled at the time of the referral.
