2021 Network Goals

Last year revealed an endless number of ways that we can engage with technology, our patients, and each other to continually improve and seek opportunity as a community. This year, we want to build on all the progress you’ve made (despite tremendous hurdles) to continue propelling toward the future of primary care. Historically, our members have found value and support in yearly network goals, and we’re thrilled to introduce this snapshot of what’s to come in the year ahead!

The individual goals and progress you make with the support of your Performance Advocate this year will be aligned with these network initiatives.
