Paid Time Off
We don’t subscribe to an all work and no play lifestyle. We encourage our employees to enjoy generous PTO time to unplug, unwind and reset so they can come back to work refreshed and motivated.
Catalyst is passionate about giving back to the community and our employees share that passion. In fact, we offer special time off for anyone who wishes to volunteer their time to a cause near and dear to their hearts.
